Contestants did feel the heat and expectations were high on this week’s episode of the Knorr Taste Quest they had two tasks but before the task commenced they went through games like the spin wheel and blind fold test.

Moreover, during the course of the show Head Judge, Dr. Robert shared what Battle Of Flavours truly means he said, “the primary reason to be here is to cook, bring new ways to use simple everyday ingredients to cook and that’s what you guys are not doing and that is where the battle begins”

The task began and they were asked to make a starter using edible worms which was one of the 5 ingredients (yam, stock fish, egg, edible worm and Knorr) in the basket presented during the blind fold test they were expected to touch and feel they did so well in identifying the 5 ingredients correctly.

It is no longer news that this season of Knorr Taste Quest has been about cooking with iron rich ingredients in the fight against anaemia.
