Chef Tiyan Alile Uwaosabun plans on taking us back to her roots.
Cooking they say is therapeutic, while Food means LIFE here at MyCookery Zone.

Chef Tiyan Alile the CEO

culinary academy Nigeria and owner of nigerian restaurant Tarragon plans on taking us to her roots on  her upcoming event this Friday June 30th, 2017 and 1st of July.
She said ” without doubt like most chefs, my cooking began in my grandmothers’ and mother’s kitchen.

Also like some chefs I have taken ingredients, flavors, and recipes to a level of modernity and precision where I begin to curate and own some recipes. I have wanted to do this for a long time and finally I am pushing the boundaries of traditional Benin food to be presented with modern flair. I am going to my motherland, my heritage, and my root. Join me this weekend the 30th of June and the 1st if July when I present 4 courses and 2 coocktails of Benin inspired cuisines. I would also be reading Benin translated versions of my book  Tale in a pie

while we are entertained by Benin music. I cannot wait pleas please call to reserve” #Tiyanalile.
