1. Chef GERRY GARVIN
Gerry Gerry is an acclaimed Chef, he is a cookbook author, television host, James beard nominee and also a philanthropist .
Chef Gerry will be at the GTBank food drink fair 2017 to be precise on the 30th of April and on the 1st of May, 2017.
To interest you, chef Gerry launched his culinary career in his hometown, Atlanta, Georgia, at the Ritz Carlton-Downtown as the youngest line cook in the gourmet dining room.
He opened his signature restaurant, G Garvin’s, where he continued to carter and host high profile dinners for clients ranging from former president Bill Clinton, to Halle Berry. He also has his own television show called, Road Trip with G Garvin which airs on food network.
2. Chef RONKE EDOHO
Chef Ronke is a chartered accountant in full-time practice and also a passionate food blogger. She is also a certified Nutritionist, clinical weight loss specialist and the author of the cookbook, “lose it Nigerian”.
Ronke created the 9jafoodie blog, she started it to celebrate the rich diversity of Nigerian food and to improve the wellbeing through better nutrition by providing wholesome easy-to-follow recipes. She will be present at the GTBank food drink fair on the 30th of April and 1st of May, 2017 to shed light on the unknown and underappreciated riches of traditional Nigerian cuisines.
3. Chef JEHAN POWELL
Chef Jehan is an international food blogger, originally from Guyana. She discovered a lack of online resources that feature authentic recipes from her homeland then she created jehancancook.com .
As a matter of fact, Jehan shares the rich cuisine of the Caribbean on her blog which has resulted into several successful partnerships with brands such as Essence magazine, coca cola, Wolf gourmet and many more. She will be leading a masterclass on recipe development, writing and photography in food blogging. Jehan Powell will be at the GTBank food and drink fair holding on 30th of April and 1st of May, 2017 to share her experience as a passionate culinary adventurist.
4. Chef LERATO UMAH-SHAYLOR
Chef Lerato is a renowned food writer, TV chef and pop-up restaurateur. She is known for her wholesome and contemporary African cooking. challenging the perception that African food is too niche for other cultures to accept.
Her pop-up restaurants are located in London and Brighton which have taken the food world by storm, attracting features from the likes of the BBC and London Evening Standard. She will host a masterclass session at the GTBank food drink fair on 30th April, 2017.
5. Chef NKESI ENYIOHA
Chef NKESI is a seasoned chef and owner of HSE café. An alumnus of the Ashburton cookery school in the united kingdom. Chef Nkesi is widely admired for her fusion of European techniques with the bold flavor of Africa and Asia.
Turn up guys because Chef Nkesi will bring her wealth of culinary experience to the GTBank food drink fair on the 1st of May, 2017 @11:00am.
6. Chef KEVIN CURRY
Chef Kevin is an alumnus of Harvard university and the founder of “fitmencook”. It is an online platform that promotes fitness and healthy cooking habits to million of online subscribers. According to chef Kevin “our bodies are built in the kitchen, and sculpted in the gym” . through this mantra, he continuously discovered and promotes diets that are not only healthy but audaciously tasty as well.
By developing an inexpensive kitchen gym regimen and achieving personal success. Kevin has become an inspiration and authority in creating tasty food alternatives.

7. Chef TOLU EROGBOGBO
Chef Eros is often referred to as the Cookie Jar King and he is coming to the GTBank Food drink fair.
He own a restaurant and he is the founder and CEO of Iam Cookie Jar Bakery and also the executive chef at Eros and Gourmet foods. He is widely admired for his passion for quality food and mastery of the culinary arts. Chef Eros is currently the West African Chef ambassador for German home appliance brand “miele”. He recently launched a breakfast service named “Breakfast at Eros” (BAE). As he continues to grow in popularity among a cosmopolitan audience of food lovers.
The Cookie jar King will lead a masterclass on the 30th of April, 2017 @6pm at the GTBank food drink fair to share his wealth of experience on the art of cooking and the business of food retailing.
8. Chef PATRON RAPHAEL DUNTOYE
Chef Raphael Duntoye was to study engineering but he veered off the course in 1995 to follow his life long passion for food and cooking generally. He joined Butler’s Wharf chef school and he is today a master of French cuisines at La Petite Maison.
It’s been over 10years since he started his own kitchen in Mayfair.
Join him at GTBank food drink fair for his masterclass on May 1st, 2017 @ 2:30pm where his audience will witness global culinary mastery.
9. Chef ABIOLA AKANJI
Chef ABIOLA popularly known by his food lovers as Chef Stone. He is a culinary professional with over a decade of experience in the art of food making. Chef Stone is an alumnus of the French Culinary Institute and the International Culinary Education center New York. He own reddish chronicles school, which has produced over a thousand graduates since inception. Chef Stone will lead a masterclass on the 30th of April, 2017 @ 11:00am at the GTBank food and drink fair.
10. Chef BENEDICT OKUZU
Chef Benedict is a custodian of Italian cuisines though an African. He grew up in the ancient city of Florence, his career as a chef began in 2013. He sought to preserve and promote the balance, freshness and simplicity with which Italians approach food.
He finished from two great institutions ” Le Cordon Bleu Firenze(Scuola d’arte culinary Italiana) and Carpigiani Gelato university, Bologna. his mantle of authority in the kitchen was handed over to him by the institutions mentioned earlier.
Chef Benedict will be at the GTBank food drink fair on the 1st of May, 2017 @ 12:45pm to host a masterclass and to guide participants into the historical realms of Italian culinary arts.
